The data collection tools I could use when surveying possible stakeholders include the phone surveys arranged interviews and the use of internet cookies. By the use of these data collection methods, they have a high participation rate though in some instances biases can be caused. Moreover, in spite of having a high participation rate, they also provide accurate data on a wide range of variables. When collecting data from stakeholders I would like to uncover various aspects of the business being conducted by the stakeholders. The various activities include the business strategies being implemented, methods they use when including various stakeholders in their organization, the financial investment of an organization and the organization shareholders (Mascarenhas, Nunes and Ramos, 2015).
Some of my data collection tools like the use of phone surveys violate healthcare laws. This is because by use of mobile technology revolution has insufficient security hence they are vulnerable to violating the HIPAA regulations. Thus without adequate controls of the device heavy fines can follow when surveying the stakeholders. When using the phone devices, it calls for electronic protection so that the health care laws can’t be violated in any way (Drolet et al., 2017). Carrying out surveys on the possible stakeholders its beneficial in my organization because its makes easier to track the customer satisfaction levels, get potential feedbacks on the potential products being designed in the organization, compare brand with those of the competitor’s organization, help to investigate the possible methods that can be used to expand the market segments of the organization and helps to know and measure changes in employee happiness in most of the time. The two questions that I could use when carrying out the questionnaire include who is our intended audience in the organization? how are we going to access the target population? And how well known is our brand?
