The proverbial Water Cube project in the heart of China’s capital Beijing was a project which not only attracted several stakeholders but also attracted the attention of the whole world. Just like the Arup Engineering Company, the PTW Company also had a huge interest in the whole project. That explains the reason why they decided to be the project’s overall consulting stakeholder or company. They knew of both the disadvantages as well as the advantages of taking such a position. This stakeholder company only depended on the above-mentioned companies for it to make any move about its design (Zou, 2016).
