Royalty is a term that is used to refer to a person or are of people who are immediately connected or related to a king, queen, or Sultans by blood. The lower rank nobles also referred to as vassals, had the responsibility of raising small military groups that pledged loyalty in services to the landlords. When it came to transferring delegation and accountability for the territory, the system was based following the rules of inheritance. This means in an event when a vassal dies, his acquired properties, rank, and obligation to their masters are inherited to their heirs. As a result, heirs were groomed at an early stage to be the successors of their parent’s social status (Stephenson, C)

Currently, there are close to 26 monarchies across the world governed by a network of kings, emperors, queens, sultans, and emirs. The actual purpose of these royal families depends on whether they are absolute monarchy or constitutional monarchy. In certain countries, regions of the world, such as the Middle East, the royal families are involved and have high ranking positions in the government and the military forces. On the other hand, other regions such as in Europe, the royal families are more involved in executing certain public or ceremonial events. They avoid activities involving politics and governance of the nation.

Traditions generally refer to a set of cultures and ideologies are passed from one generation to the other. These traditions usually differ in detail from family to family. These customs have been in the family and recently exercised by Prince Harry, who is 2003 decided to join the military to honor the family tradition. In Africa Swaziland, there is a custom that every king participates during his reign. A male child will only inherit the thrown ones his father dies. Moreover, every year the king selects a new bride in a Reed festival where women dance for the king from which he will choose his new bride. This is a centuries-old custom that the Swazis have been practicing as part of their culture and beliefs.

Finally, it is believed that traditions are essential in promoting warmth and togetherness in families. It helps families avoid breakups and social entropy, thus making the monarchy more meaningful and worth keeping to the general public.

Global issues

By definition, global issues refer to a set of common problems that affect the global community as a whole. Some of these crises can be classified, such as political issues, social issues, environmental issues, and economic issues. Man-kind is the dominant species on the surface of the earth. A typical example is a reduction in the forest cover on the face of the earth due to the over-harvesting of timber and other plant-related products. The plant cover is being cleared to pave the way for urbanization and massive lands for agricultural activities. There are many other global issues that we are facing today, for instance, the coronavirus pandemic, which literary brought the entire world to a standstill at the present moment.
