REFUND POLICY
Grade Valley’s refund policy mandates the criteria by which our students can be reimbursed. All students must read and understand our policies before placing an order. Once you place an order, we will assume you have agreed to those policies. Students can only attain refunds under the following circumstances:
Late submission of work by us/failure to meet the student’s deadlines.
30 percent or more of the work delivered by us is found to be plagiarized.
The student receives a failing grade on the paper.
Students can only obtain refunds after providing evidence. Refunds will not be issued for orders older than 30 days.
