The campaign held on to the belief that they were not against the government directive or fought against the coronavirus but are against the government agenda of vaccinating Americans and the installation of 5G mast.
However, the belief that the government wants to use the lockdown period to further its agenda has inspired feelings among American citizens. These have caused confusion among the citizen as some believe the virus is not as deadly as it is reported. Rioting reached its boiling point forcing the California Highway to revoke group permits for further gatherings because the people violated the governor’s social distance order. After that, they went ahead and banned all group events at the capitol during the pandemic to avoid spreading the Coronavirus. In this case, a contrary organization dubbed Corona police was created in support of the police, their families, and citizens. This organization is headed by George Johnstone, a Metropolitan Chief of Police.

Respect means that both officers and the anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine community view each other in a real concern regardless of their previous behavior. While integrity will require all parties seeking peace to be open and honest to the process of conflict resolution, besides, both parties should have a rapport. An environment of effectiveness and responsiveness is essential as it allows all parties to communicate throughout the process. To be resourceful means to maintain focus and attentiveness during the procedure for maximum excellence. Therefore, parties are sober and alert in accessing their experiences; in cases of stressful circumstances, they can keep a calm demeanor. Finally, a constructive attitude is useful and essential. Both parties should maintain unconditional and total commitment. It requires trust that both parties will honor the process to attain the much-needed solution.

For instance, both police and communities may be involved in a reconciliation program known as Protect all lives. This program may be used for social media and activities like the cleaning of the local areas. In addition, both parties should agree to face constraints if any party breaks any of the resolutions.
Conflict is characterized by perceived differences caused by personal, institutional, financial, political, race, class, emotional differences among individuals—the issues in the conflict between the blue and protectors.
